Reservations:
Must be made by fax and include a valid credit card number as a guarantee. Flamingo Marina Resort will confirm availability within 48 hours. We accept Amex, Visa, Master Card and Dinners. All reservations for Easter Week, Christmas and New Year, will require a “Non-Refundable” 100% pre-payment to confirm reservations .
Cancellation Policies:
Green Season and High Season:
Cancellations must be made 8 days before clients' arrival to avoid 1 night penalty charge. If cancellation is made prior to the 8 days, Flamingo Marina Resort will not reimburse any deposit or payment made; however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
Peak Season, ( Easter, Christmas and New Years):
Cancellations must be made 3 weeks before clients arrival to avoid full penalty charge. If cancellations are made prior to the 3 weeks, Flamingo Marina Resort will not reimburse any deposit or payment made; however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
Children policy:
Children under 10 years old, free of charge.
Children 11 and 12 years old will pay $10.00 + tax each, sharing room with an adult.
